General Terms for Motorcycle Trips with Us

By participating in a motorcycle trip organized by us, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Riding at Your Own Risk
All riding during the trip is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and for assessing whether you have the experience and physical ability required to participate.

  2. Insurance
The motorcycles we provide are only covered by third-party liability insurance. This means that damages to the vehicle or personal injuries are not covered if you cause an accident yourself.
You must have your own valid accident and travel insurance that covers motorcycle riding abroad.

  3. Damage to the Motorcycle
You are responsible for any damage to the motorcycle caused by reckless riding or clearly negligent behavior. In the event of serious damage, you may be liable for the deductible or repair costs.

  4. Equipment
You are responsible for bringing and using approved protective gear, including a helmet, protective clothing, and boots. We reserve the right to deny participation if proper protective gear is lacking.

  5. Conduct and Safety
You are expected to follow traffic laws, the trip itinerary, and instructions from the organizer. Alcohol or drugs in connection with riding are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate exclusion from further participation – without refund.

  6. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your spot, the following refund policy applies:

  • Up to 6 weeks before departure: 75% refunded

  • Up to 4 weeks before departure: 50% refunded

  • Up to 2 weeks before departure: 25% refunded

  • Less than 1 week before departure: No refund

Exceptions may be made with a valid medical certificate, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Cancelled or Interrupted Trip
We reserve the right to cancel or modify parts of the trip due to bad weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen events. In case of a canceled trip, any fees paid will be refunded. Trips already started will not be refunded in case of withdrawal.

  2. Acceptance
By registering for and participating in the trip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
